CMS Software Subscription
The advertised price includes the software subscription option you have selected. Your chosen subscription begins at the point of purchase and automatically ends once the selected time period is over, unless you request a renewal. If you do not request a renewal, your screen will switch to a plug a play version.
CMS Software Renewal & Cancellation
Not quite finished with your screen software or have a new project coming up that you need assistance with? You might want to think about renewing your CMS subscription. Subscription renewals can be purchased with a one off payment and are only valid for the duration of the selected time.
- 1 Year Subscription = £90 inc vat
- 3 Year Subscription = £216 inc vat
- Lifetime Subscription = £414 inc vat
Subscriptions cannot be cancelled within the selected time period, but you can choose to use the plug and play version when you want.
Ordering Multiple CMS Screens
When selecting a screen, keep in mind that if you choose one with a CMS option, each additional screen you plan to network must also have a CMS option.
This way, all your screens will be CMS enabled, allowing you to manage them all from one central portal.

In the event of not renewing your subscription, your screen will remain functional in Plug and Play mode and you will not be charged a renewed subscription fee. You then have the flexibility to re-join the CMS software subscription at your convenience.

If you feel as if you are not ready to give up your software subscription just yet, or you might have a potential project coming up within the next year, you can opt for a 1 year renewal with a one off payment of £90 inc vat.
3 Year Renewal
For longer term projects, you might want to consider opting for the 3 year renewal. This will give you enough time to complete your upcoming projects with the added help of the CMS System. The 3 year subscription software can be added to your screen with a one-off payment of £216 inc vat.
Lifetime Renewal
If you intend to use the service frequently or extensively, a lifetime subscription can offer greater value compared to paying for multiple shorter-term subscriptions. You can upgrade to a lifetime subscription service with a one-off payment of £414 inc vat.

Cancellation
Once you have purchased your CMS subscription, you can only get a cancellation and refund if you return the screen - please view our 14 day return policy here.
The CMS software subscription is one flat cost from the point of purchase and if you would no longer like to use your subscription, you can revert back to the plug and play option. However, the CMS subscription will still be active and available up until the end of the selected subscription duration.
