Why would I need a high brightness screen?
High brightness screens are designed to combat sunlight and ambient lighting, ensuring that your content remains visible even in bright outdoor environments. If you are placing your screen outdoors, in a window display or in an area that gets a lot of light, you will need a high brightness screen to enable people to see your content.

What is the difference between plug & play and networked?
Plug & play screens allow you to upload your content via usb or external hard drive whereas networked digital screen is a type of digital signage that is connected to a network, allowing for remote management and control. Can I update content from a Mac?
Yes you can if you are using our cloud management system but not with the plug and play option.

Can you do custom sizes?
We can do custom sizes depending on the type of screen you require and only for a large production run of units. Please contact our sales team for more information.
How else can screens be customised?
Screens can also be customised by colour at an additional cost. If you wish to have branding on your screen that can also be done at an additional cost – please contact our sales team for more information.
Do you offer bulk discount?
Yes, we do offer a bulk discount – please contact our sales team for a quotation.
Do you deliver overseas?
We can deliver overseas but will need to provide you with a quotation for delivery. Please contact our team for more information.
What is the delivery lead time?
Our standard despatch time is 2 – 3 working days from receipt of payment. This will differ for large quantities or custom sized orders.
What is your return policy?
You have 14 days to return the screen in its original packaging and box and will be required to cover the cost of return. Digital Screens will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. You can find more information on our refund policy page.
My screen is having technical issues, how can this be resolved?
If you have any technical issues with your screens, please give us a call and we can raise the issue with our technical team.
What training is provided?
We offer a free remote training session all about our CMS system to help you get the most out of the software.
How long is the warranty?
Our standard warranty is free for 3 years but you can upgrade to a 5 year warranty at an additional cost, please view our warranty page for more information.
Can I upgrade my screen from plug & play to network?
Yes, you can upgrade at any time.
Will you renew my CMS subscription automatically?
No, we will not renew your CMS subscription automatically, it will get moved onto a plug and play option.
